Description
Is the most recent hamlet whithin the ones linked to Bricherasio Town Hall territory: its location in a plain zone, ferequently sujected to overflowings of the Pellice river, provocated a slower developement of the settlements. San Grato’s Church, the one giving its name to the inhabited area, was erected in 1725, renovated in 1912, and than in 1926, the belltower has been edified. It has been done thanks to a local community contribution together with the Town Hall. Indoor , in a simple and plain interior, you can find an apseal fresco , made by a psiner called Beretta, representing San Grato while protecting the church.
