Description
The Madonna del Castello church has been put up in Eighteeinth Century, in replacement of the destroied local fortifications, devastated by the war, with the simbolic intention of constructing a sign of peace where there has been such a great sufference. The construction of such pleasant Baroque shape, and of a reaching twards the sky bell tower, is until nowadays, destination of strolls and pilgrimages going throught the stone staircase that links it with the town centre.

Modalità di accesso
La chiesa, sita sulla cossiddetta "collina del castello" è raggiungibile a piedi da Piazza Santa Maria percorrendo la "scalinata del castello" oppure parzialmente in auto percorrendo Via San Michele e girando a destra in Via General Morero fino all'imbocco della srada sterrata che si percorre solo a piedi.
